A clay studio workbench: a laptop, a soldering iron, a small circuit board, a sensor box, a coffee mug and a pinboard, with one figure at work.

A studio, not an agency

A Bangalore studio that grew from connected devices into a full catalogue of operations software, one real client problem at a time.

Where it started

Every system on this site began the same way: as one business's real problem, solved properly, then made reusable. That is still how we work today.

  1. 01

    It started with devices

Trackers, meters and cameras that had to report back reliably from the field. Getting hardware to stay online for years taught us how to build software that does the same.

  2. 02

    Then one client's whole operation

One of those clients needed more than a device. They needed the operation around it: billing, records, the daily admin. We built it for them, properly.

  3. 03

    Then the catalogue

The next client in the same trade needed something close, so we built on what we had learned. That second build became a product, and the product became a catalogue.

  • 01

    Bespoke architecture

We design each system around how a business actually works, not around a template it has to bend to fit.

  • 02

    Multi-tenant by default

Built from the start to run many companies, branches or sites from one place, because most of our clients do.

  • 03

    Built to last 5+ years

Systems that keep running long after launch. The longest one we maintain has been live for over five years.

  • 04

    Branded as your own

Your name on the screen and the device, not ours. The technology stays in the background where it belongs.

The studio ethos

Craft over committees

After years of navigating the complex layers of traditional corporate software environments, I realized that the best products aren't built by committees. They are built by individuals who care deeply about the problem they're solving.

Hivelinks was born out of a desire to return to craft. We don't have account managers, sales decks, or middle management. When you work with us, you work directly with the person writing the lines of code that power your business.

Based in the heart of Bangalore, we draw inspiration from the city's relentless technical energy while maintaining an editorial pace. We choose projects where depth matters more than breadth.

Our goal isn't to grow into a massive agency. It's to remain a high-performance studio that founders trust when their problems are too nuanced for off-the-shelf solutions.

We believe in shipping daily, communicating clearly, and building software that lasts longer than the current hype cycle.

How we work with you

We don't have account managers, sales decks or middle management. You work directly with the people writing the system, from the first call to the fifth year.

  1. 1

    Scope in a week

You bring the process, the device, the constraint. We map it, pick the closest product or say it needs a custom build, and put a number on it.

  2. 2

    First version in weeks

Every build starts from a foundation we maintain in-house, so we begin at the eighty-percent mark, not from zero. You see real screens early.

  3. 3

    Stay on it

Go-live is the start. We keep the system running, add branches and product lines as you grow, and stay reachable, the same people who built it.

A thirty-minute call. You describe the work; we tell you which product fits, or what a custom build would take. No deck, no pressure.
